⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yasuhiro Muroishi, Director, Fukushima Regional Environment Office, Ministry of the Environment.
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 14
⑶ Subject matter of the contract : Lease of fullcolor digital multifunction printers (sub office), fiscal years 2021-2025
⑷ Lease period : From 1 October 2021, through 31 January 2026
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal year 2019, 2020 and 2021 in offer of servies, lease or etc (other) for participation in tenders by Organization in Tohoku area related Ministry of the Environment.
③ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00, 26 August 2021.
