⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice
② have been qualified for the purpose of "Service" through the examination of qualifications for the participation in the competitive tendering purchase for procuring equipment by East Japan district, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2021 and 2022.
③ not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Urban Renaissance Agency.
④ have a Permission to be a general cargo automobile transport enterprise in accordance with of the Cargo Automobile Transport Utilities Industry Low.
⑤ have proven to have experienced of the same kind resemblance services.
⑥ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the procured services.
