⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :

A The system consists of network system, server/storage system, information processing laboratory system and various applications.

B The system establishes the network, connecting SINET Yamanashi data center (Yamanashi DC) to both Kofu Campus and Medical Campus with 10 Gbps private lines, d on the network policy which covers both campuses. Yamanashi DC is designated by our university as a to offer the services. The line that is being leased on another contract is to be used for the private line between Yama-nashi DC and each campus.

C The measures to save energy, space and labor (reduction of TCO) are to be taken on the management and operation of the system.

D In principle, all the web applications and its data, working on the system at present are to be transferred smoothly without causing the suspension of service.

E The supplier has to maintain stable operation, offering prompt supports and maintenance for the entire system.
