⑴ Contracting entity : Kazuo Watanabe, Commissioned Contract Officer of the Accounting & Finance Squadron, 4th Air Wing, Japan Air Self Defense Force.
⑵ Classification of the services and products to be procured : 75
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services and products to be required : Internal inspection for soil covering tank, tank cleaning and airtight leak test for undergound tank.
⑷ Fulfillment period : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under article 70 of the cabinet order concerning the budget, auditing and accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Not come under article 71 of the cabinet order concerning the budget, auditing and accounting.
③ Have grade A, B, C or D on "Offer of Service etc" in the Tohoku area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single-qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ Prove that service will correspond to the standard and will be carried out certainly.
