⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 16 and 18 of the Japan Foundation's Rules for the operation of Accounting
② have Grade A, B or C classification in sale of products and offer of services, etc. in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
③ not currently be under suspension of nomination by the Japan Foundation
④ be able to reliably fulfill the terms of the contract with the Japan Foundation and who have no record of default, delay or other breach of promise over the past year
⑤ meet all the qualification requirements specified in the tender documentation
