⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who come under the following items at the time of the examination date, with the examination date set as the due date of receipt of the documents required for the tender. In addition, suppliers who no longer

come under the following items after the examination date and up to the time of the decision being made on the successful supplier shall not be eligible to participate in the open tender.

① The supplier does not come under Article 6 of East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures (Regulation № 16 of 2005).

② The supplier has acquired an information security management system (ISMS).

③ The supplier has digitized over 2,500 books (1,600 pages per book) with one contract after 2016 fiscal year.
