From October 1st, 2021 to September 30th, 2022
(3) Deadline to Submit Bidding Proposal:
Whether you are submitting in person or by post, your proposal must arrive no
later than July 9th (Fri), 2021 by 5 o'clock PM. Furthermore, late or lost
submissions due to unforseen circumstances will not be considered. Please plan
accordingly.
