⑴ Official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : NOGUCHI Hidemasa, Director General of Nagoya Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 78
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Detoxification and disposal work of low concentration polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) (2 extra high voltage transformers).
⑷ Fulfillment period : within 420 days from the next day of contract.

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall
① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures.
② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till 16 : 00 6 September 2021.

・Copy of certificate of tax payment
・Document describing the company career
③ have certified facility for detoxifying PCB waste (method : washing, kind of waste : transformers and capacitor etc.) in Article 15-4-4, paragraph ⑴ of the Waste Disposal and Cleaning Act (Act No.137 of 1970)
④ not have capital relationship and personnel relationship with other bidders.
⑤ have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 6 September 2021 (Tenders submitted by registered mail : 16 : 00 6 September 2021)
