⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SAKURAI Katsutoshi, The Obligating Officer Director-General President, Kochi University
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : The computer system for the education 1 Set
⑷ Rent period : From 1 March, 2022 through 28 February, 2026
⑸ Rent place : Faculty of Science and Technology, Kochi University
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Kochi University Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Shikoku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Kochi University,
C prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General.
