⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Shigeru Kouno, President of Nagasaki University
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 78
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Non-infectious industrial waste collection, transportation and disposal duties 1 set (waste plastics, rubber waste, glass waste, ceramic waste, l waste)
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 October, 2021 through 30 September, 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : The places specified by the President of Nagasaki University
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Nagasaki University. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance may also be able to participate in a bid as long as they obtain the consent necessary for concluding a contract.,
B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade Cor Grade D qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Kyushu・Okinawa area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
D meet the qualification requirements which President of Nagasaki University may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President of Nagasaki University.
