⑤ Among the items shown in the "Pharmaceuticals Procurement List" issued separately, those who bid on narcotics are those who have a license for narcotics and drug shelf wholesale business d on the provision of Article 3 paragraph 1 of the Act on Control of Psychotropic Drugs about
