⑴ Contracting Entity : Hiroaki Konishi The Obligating Officer, Director Administration Department, Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety Nagasaki Rosai Hospital
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Electricity to be used in Nagasaki Rosai Hospital : Electricity contract 1,055kW, the estimated electricity of the year 4,870,000kWh
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1, November, 2021 through 31, October, 2022
⑸ Fulfillment place : Nagasaki Rosai Hospital 2-12-5 Setogoe Sasebo-shi Nagasaki-ken
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ A person who has been rated A or B or or C or D for "sales of products" in the national competition qualification (all department and agency uniform participation qualification).
④ A person who obtains permission as a general electric power company under theprovisions of Article 3, paragraph 1 of the Electricity Business Law, or as a specified scale electricity company underthe provisions of Article 16-2 ⑴ of the same law Being a person who is doing.
⑤ Being a qualified bid participant determined by the contract supervisor, theperson must satisfy the bidding conformity condition separately specified concerning carbon dioxide emission intensityunit, utilization of unutilized energy, introduction of renewable energy, transfer of green electricity certificate.
