⑴ Official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : Shuhei Sakai Director Matsumoto Maintenance/Customer Service Center, Hachioji Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Sodium Chloride for solid de-icing agent 1830 ton, Sodium Chloride for liquid de-icing agent 70 ton, Calcium Chloride for solid de-icing agent 100 ton
Attention : As the scheduled supply of de-icing agents is the expected quantity d on the past record of supplies it does not guarantee the actual supplied amount.
⑷ Delivery period : From The next day of contract through 30 April, 2022
⑸ Delivery place :
Matsumoto Maintenance/Customer Service Center, Hachioji Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 1347, Shimadachi, Matsumoto-City, Nagano, Japan and other 6 places
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures :
① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited regulation concerning the contract procedures
② Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for tender.
・Copy of the commercial register
・Document that described company career.
・The latest financial statements.
・Copy of certificate of tax payment
③ Show a proof of the actual selling, manufacturing or delivering of 1,000 ton/year of sodium chloride used as de-icing agents for roads on the contract.
④ The following contents shall be written on the Supply Planning Report
・The capacity of the storehouse, the address and location map
・The delivery route, time and the number and the type of vehicle
・Have proven to own (or rent) the storehouse that can stock over 400 ton sodium chloride, (located) within the radius of 100 kilometers from Matsumoto Maintenance/Customer Service Center.
・Have proven to be able to bring total 240 ton of the products to the designated storehouse within 24 hours after orders are issued.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of documents for certification : 4 : 00 P.M. 15 September 2021 (documents submitted by registered mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 15 September 2021)
⑻ Time-limit for submission of tenders : 4 : 00 P.M. 15 September 2021 (documents submitted by registered mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 15 September 2021)
⑼ Opening of tenders : 1 : 30 P.M. 5 October 2021
