C Use of journal and electronic journal licensed by Taylor & Francis 1 Set
D Use of Pediatrics, other journal and electronic journal licensed 1 Set
E Use of The American journal of psychiatry, other journal and electronic journal licensed 1 Set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 January, 2022 through 8 March, 2024
⑸ Fulfillment place : Tohoku University Library
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Tohoku University. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the following Grade qualification, for each item in 5⑶ above,
ABCD have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Tohoku area in sales of product and offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Tohoku University,
E have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Tohoku area in sales of product and offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Tohoku University,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the procured services,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Executive Vice President, Tohoku University.
