⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : HASEGAWA Kazuya, Director of Financial Affairs Division, National Personnel Authority
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Computer processing of data including applications through the Internet and marking of answer sheets of recruitment examinations for national public service in F.Y. 2022, 1 set.
⑷ Service period : From date of contract through 31 January 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : To be specified in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification required to participate in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible to participate in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. In this regard, Item 1 of the Article is not applicable to those minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance that have obtained respective consent required to conclude a contract ;
② not come under Article 71 of the above Cabinet Order ; and
③ be classified as Grade A in the category of "provision of services etc." in Kanto-Koshin'etsu Region in accordance with the Government-wide standard of qualifications for participating in tenders for F.Y. 2019, 2020 and 2021.
