⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A or B "Service" in the Tokai Hokuriku district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019/2020/2021
③ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
④ not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification).
⑤ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chubu Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening.
⑥ be unrelated to other participant about capital and human capital.
⑦ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑧ submit "The figure of imformation management system and the infomation hander list", the documents about the observance of the contract system concerning the information maintenance in this service to the orderer and obtain its consent by the Time-limit for tender.
