⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A, B or C on "provision of services" in Tohoku, Kanto-Koshinetsu or Tokai-Hokuriku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019/2020/2021
③ be the person who proved that he has a good record of performance of business similar to this business
④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Hokuriku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submisson of certificate to Bid Opening
⑤ acquire the electronic certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement System
