⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
⒜ Not come under Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for the National Institutes for Cultural Heritage
⒝ Have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2019, 2020, 2021 in the Kanto-Koshinetsu area in offer of "Sales of Product" or "Services", for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, which is Single qualification for every ministry and agency.
⒞ Meet the qualification requirements which may be specified by the Obligating Secretary-General
⑺ Time limit for submission of proposal documents : 10 : 00 AM, 24 September 2021
⑻ Date and time of tendering and bid opening : 10 : 00 AM, 12 November 2021
