⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 4
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Generic Medicine Supplies
⑷ Delivery period : From 1, October, 2021 to 30, September, 2022
⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have Grade A, B, C, or D in "Offer of service etc" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region from 2019 through 2021 fiscal year
④ have a license certificate of general distributive trades of medicine d on Pharmaceutical Affairs Law
⑤ prove that they can deliver the drugs on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify,
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 9 : 30 21, September, 2021
