Gloucestershire County Council is looking to procure a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) client money and case management IT system to meet the requirements of the Council’s Client Affairs team. The Client Affairs team deliver a finance deputyship / appointee service to approximately 500 vulnerable adults. The software will support the team to deliver a deputyship / appointee service and meet the requirements set out by the Office of the Public Guardian for the safeguarding of vulnerable adult’s financial and property matters
