The District of North Vancouver (the "District") seeks to acquire a commercially available off-the-shelf Computerized Maintenance Management System (the "CMMS").

The CMMS will support the Facilities Department's maintenance processes of various District facilities. The District's building portfolio currently consists of 98 buildings with a total area of approximately 756,000 square feet. The portfolio comprises of corporate offices, community facilities, recreational facilities, fire halls, training centres, libraries, commercial, golf centres, residential, and ancillary buildings such as sheds, barns, washroom facilities etc.

At a high level, the CMMS would be expected to include, but is not limited to, the

following features and functionality:

* Assets Management;

* Work Order Management;

* Service Requests;

* Equipment/Asset Management;

* Preventive Maintenance;

* Maintenance Projects;

* Labour Management;

* Job Costing and Cost Recovery;

* Approvals;

* Workloading;

* Basic Inventory (part/supplies stock and vendors); and

* Reports.
