The contract is a single-beneficiary composite work agreement:

- with an ordinary part treated at a fixed price,

- and a part at unit price executed by order forms for the following services: additional licenses, additional evolutionary maintenance of the solution, additional assistance interventions and implementation of reversibility (articles R. 2162-1 to 14 of the CCP ). There is no minimum or maximum in value or quantity on the unitary part.
