⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroyuki Ohta, President Ibaraki University
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : The computer system for school affairs 1 set
⑷ Rent period : From 1 April, 2023 through 30 September, 2029
⑸ Rent place : The places specified by the President Ibaraki University
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
⒜ not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Ibaraki University,
⒝ have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
⒞ prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
⒟ meet the qualification requirements which President, The National University Corporation Ibaraki University may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation,
⒠ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President Ibaraki University.
