⑶ Nature and quantity of the services : Production, Operation and Maintenance of Irodori Japanese Online Course (A1)

⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not fall under Articles 16 and 18 of the Japan Foundation's Rules for the operation of Accounting ;
② have a grade A, B or C certification for "the offering of services, etc." in terms of qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021 ;
③ not be currently under suspension of nomination by The Japan Foundation.
④ be able to reliably fulfill the terms of the contract with the Japan Foundation and who have no record of default, delay or other breach of promise over the past year
⑤ meet all the qualification requirements specified in the tender documentation.
