⑸ Fulfillment place : The places specified by President
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institution for Academic Degrees and Quality Enhancement of Higher Education,
B have the following Grade qualification, for each item in 5⑶ above,
⒜ have the Grade A or Grade B qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
⒝ have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C meet the qualification requirements which President, National Institution for Academic Degrees and Quality Enhancement of Higher Education may specify in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, National Institution for Academic Degrees and Quality Enhancement of Higher Education.
