⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masaki Kojima, The Obligating Officer Director-General Administration Bureau, National University Corporation Gunma University
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 29
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required :
A Network Service for Campuses 1 Set
B Access Lines for Campuses 1 Set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1, April, 2022 through 31, March, 2028
⑸ Fulfillment place : The places specified by the Obligating Officer
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 9 and 10 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for Gunma University Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service for the procured services,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer.
