⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Have Grade A, Grade B or Grade C on "offer of services etc" in Kanto-Koshinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (Single Qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021 ;
② Not being suspended from transactions by the request of JKA ;
③ Not being petitioned for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings d on the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999), and petitioned for reorganization proceedings d on the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No.154 of 2002).
④ Be a person who took a grant of tender documents.
