⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masaki Kojima, The Obligating Officer Director-General Administration Bureau, National University Corporation Gunma University

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Information Network system 1 Set
⑷ Rent period : From 1 April, 2022 through 31 March, 2028
⑸ Rent place : Aramaki, Showa, Waka-miya, Kamioki, Kiryu, Ota campuses, Gunma University and Gunma University Disaster Countermeasures Data Center
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not having the ability to conclude a contract or being a bankrupt and not rehabilitated,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products,
D prove to have the ability to rent the products,
E prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the lease products,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General Administration Bureau, National University Corporation Gunma University.
