⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : TOBITA Mikio, Director-General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 14
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Business services and research and output optimum location and output devices, 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From the next day of contract through 28 February, 2026 (Service period : From 1 March, 2022 through 28 February, 2026)
⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A or B on "provision of services" in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019/2020/2021
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Procurement system
