⑷ Basic requirements of the procurements :
① A monitoring system for monitoring patient's vital information
② For each ward, there should be a central monitors, bedside monitor, tablet device that can refer to the information of the central monitor, and the server associated therewith. The central monitor, bedside monitor and tablet device should communicate wirelessly
③ On the bedside monitor, the following parameters should be available : HR, RESP, SpO2, And NIBP
④ The central monitor and bedside monitor have a two-way wireless communication function, and patient information, alarm information, and time can be synchronized
⑤ All the alarms from the central monitor are ed with the nurse call system and also can be transmitted to the PHS
⑥ The temporary ward monitor antenna must be newly laid by the winning bidder selected in this procurement
⑦ The wireless environment of each ward needs to be newly laid by the winning bidder selected in this procurement
⑸ Time-limit for the submission of the requested material : 5 : 00 P.M. October 11, 2021
