⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall :

① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures

② Have been qualified through the Examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents for Acceptance by time limit of tender documents

・Copy of the commercial register

・The latest financial statements

・Copy of certificate of tax payment

・Document describing the company career

③ have proven to have undertaken and carried out at least a one year contract of relevant services, including transport and security services for cash, since 1 April 2017.

④ have hired at least 80 security guards (limited to persons belonging to the offices carrying out the business of transporting and guarding valuables (limited to cash) and including persons belonging to the subsidiary companies that are owned more than 50% of the shares) who have passed the first or second grade of the examination on such business prescribed in Article 2 of the Regulations of the Examination for Guards (National Public Safety Commission's rules).
