③ have been qualified through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment in the East Japan district, Urban Renaissance Agency for the purpose of "sales of goods", Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal years 2021 and 2022.
