⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be manufactured : Riken Supercomputer System 1 set
⑶ Type of the procurement : rent
⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :
(A) Must have a massively parallel computing system.
(B) Must have a large memory server group.
(C) Must have GPU servers.
(D) Must have FPGA servers.
(E) Must have a parallel distributed file system as a shared storage while considering data transfer from the existing systems.
(F) Must have a high-speed storage.
(G) Must have a network with sufficient performance and functions for processing communication and data transmission.
(H) Must have a management and control system and operation and management software.
(I) Must have a full access to container-d virtualized computing environment.
(J) Must be capable of working with other systems (data science infrastructure and cold storage) operated at RIKEN.
(K) Must be capable of developing a user environment in conformance with the usage environment provided by the current systems.
(L) Must be capable of developing operation and management and a user support system equivalent to the current systems.
