⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hasegawa Kazuya, Director of Financial Affairs Division, National Personnel Authority
⑵ Classification of the product to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the product to be required : Electric supply to Central Government Complex No. 5 (Annex Bldg. ) in the estimated total amount of 1,193,000 kWh, d upon a 500kW-contract
⑷ Supply period : From 1 November 2021 through 31 October 2022
⑸ Qualification required to participate in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible to participate in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, In this regard, Item 1 of the Article is not applicable to those minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance that have obtained respective consent required to conclude a contract ;
② not come under Article 71 of the above Cabinet Order
③ be classified as Grade A, B or C in the category of "sales" in Kanto-Koshin' etsu Region in accordance with the Government-wide standard of qualifications for participating in tenders for F. Y. 2019, 2020 and 2021 ;
④ are registered in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law ; and
⑤ fulfill the requirement set forth in the Tender Manual with a view to reducing CO emissions.
