⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 25 of the National Agency for Automobile and Land Transport Technology.
② have Grade A, B, C or D of "Manufactures of products" in terms of the qualification for participating intenders by the Japanese goverment (unified qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2019, 2020, and 2021.
③ not be suspended from tenders by any Japanese government agencies.
④ not be entities that have been being excluded from the public projects of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism d on the requests of the police authorities because the entities are substantially under the control of members of organized crime or the entities are related to those members.
⑤ have officially received the solicitation documents from the President, National Traffic Safety and Environment Laboratory, National Agency for Automobile and Land Transport Technology.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 14 : 00, October 20, 2021.
