⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :

① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;

② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ;

③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Region ;

④ It must be a person as the general gas utility d on regulations of the gas enterprises act who is doing d on regulations of permitted person or this law as an gas lead pipe entrepreneur's written report, or specific scale gas entrepreneur's written report ;

⑤ prove that they can deliver gas, on the date and to the place specified by the obligating officer ;

⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ;

⑦ other detailed participation qualification depends on the tender manual ;

⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M. October, 26, 2021
