⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 8 and 9 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Livestock Breeding Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship of Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
B have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products"in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by single qualification for every and agency. or in tenders by National Livestock Breeding Center in the fiscal year 2019, 2020, and 2021.
⑺ Time limit for distribution of the manu-al : October 8, 2021
⑻ Time limit of tender : 10 : 00 November 11, 2021.
