⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Murakami Takuya, Director General of East Japan Urban Renaissance Branch, Urban Renaissance Agency.
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : To set up a temporary store and Leasing business operation in the re development project 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑸ Fulfillment place : a part of, 18-1, Toranomon, Minatoku, Tokyo.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice.
② have been qualified through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment by East Japan Urban Renaissance Branch, Urban Renaissance Agency for the purpose of "Lease Articles" in terms of the Classification of "The Others".
③ have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the products concerned or the products with performance similar to that of the products concerned.
④ not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by East Japan Urban Renaissance Office, Urban Renaissance Agency.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 30 PM 2 September, 2021.
