⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : HAYASHI Shigeo, Officer for Contractual Affairs Delegate, Executive Manager of Kasumi Campus Management Support Office, Hiroshima University
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 78
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Collection, transportation and disposal infectious waste, Kasumi Campas area and so on 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 October, 2021 through 30 September, 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : The places specified by the Obligating Officer
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A meet the qualification requirements which Officer for Contractual Affairs Delegate, Executive Manager of Kasumi Campus Management Support Office, Hiroshima University may specify in the explanatory note about this tender,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2021 in the Chugoku area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale servise for the procured services,
D prove to have obtained a license which can execute this work in accordance with (The Waste Management and Public Cleansing Law) Affairs Law. Collection and transportation of the infectious waste matter, Disposal of the infectious waste matter,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Officer for Contractual Affairs Delegate, Executive Manager of Kasumi Campus Management Support Office, Hiroshima University.
