⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement :

A The system is comprised of high dose rate brachytherapy system, X-ray fluoroscopy system, treatment planning system for position veritication and their peripheral equipment.

B The system can cooperate with Radiology Information System (RIS) and can obtain the patient information with RIS. The system can transfer images.

C The system can cooperate with already-existing Kochi University Hospital's system.

D The system must have equipments and functions to perform precise intracavitary and interstitial brachytherapy.

E The X-ray fluoroscopy device for position veritication shall be an FPD system equipped with an arm support mechanism.

F When there are the facilities which are necessary but are not prepared by Kochi university hospital, the company should follow the instruction by the university hospital stauff in charge after discussion. The entire cost for these facilities is included in this procurement. In addition, the cost for all the apparatus and the materials both of which are necessary in power distributing work etc. should be included in this procurement.
