⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Preson under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A, B, C or D "offer of services etc." in the Kanto and koushinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Defense (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ The person who is not being under suspension of nomination by Director General for Health and Medicine, Director General, Bureau of Defence Policy, Commissioner, Acquisition Technology and Logistics Agency, or by National Defense Medical College President
⑺ Time limit for tender : 5 : 00 p.m. on October 15, 2021.
