⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : OZAWA Munehiro, Director, General Affairs Department, Incorporated Administrative Agency/Urban Renaissance Agency
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Operation and maintenances of the leasing invitation system, 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 January, 2023 through 31 May, 2024
⑸ Delivery place : under direction
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency's Rules for the Operation of Accounting Practice
② not be currently under a suspension of nomination as instructed by Head Office, Urban Renaissance Agency
③ not be a company where organized crime groups or their members substantially influence its management or a company in a similar situation
④ have been qualified for the purpose of "Rendering of service" through the Examination of qualifications for the Participation in the Competitive Tendering Procedures for Procuring Equipment in the East Japan District, Urban Renaissance Agency in the fiscal year 2021 and 2022
⑤ have proven to have actually executed a service similar to that within 5 years
⑥ have proven to meet all the equirements of the specification
⑦ have proven to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the products
⑧ have the ISMS certification or Privacy Mark License
⑨ have proven to meet all the requirements of server construction for over 1 year and the certification of PMP or Project manager exam
⑩ respond to attendance inspection in Japan
⑪ have proven to have ability to lease the product by themselves and by a third Party, should the products requested through this notice be leased by a third party
