⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Akinori Abe, Director General, NMRI of Purchase Contract of National Institute of Maritime, Port and Aviation Technology.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the service to be required : lease and maintenance of a Network computer system, 1 set
⑷ Lease period : From 1, April, 2022 through 31, March, 2026
⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 31 of the National Institute of Maritime, Port and Aviation Technology, Contract procedere rules. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons.
② have Grade A or B "in the service" in the Kanto･Koushinetsu area, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2020/2021/2022 ;
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism ;
④ not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has been requested for exclusion from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism ;
⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify (The requirements are shown in the general evaluation standard)
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 14 : 00, 1, December, 2021
