⑴ Official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : Masahiko Watanabe, General Manager of Yokohama Construction Office, East Nippon Expressway Company Limited.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 73
⑶ Subject matter of the contract : Contractor will make record materials of technical information of construction on the Yokohama Ring Expressway South Line project for the purpose of effective utilization for design, construction work and maintenance in the future.
⑷ Duration of policy : From the next day of a conclusion of a contract through 1800days
⑸ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are the company who shall :
① Not come under Article 6 of regulation concerning the contract procedures of the East Nippon Expressway Company Limited.
② Have a track record of planning and compiling materials related to the construction magazines for social infrastructure development projects since fiscal 2011.
⑹ Time limit to express interests : 4 : 00 PM 24 September 2021.
⑺ Time limit to the submission of proposals : 4 : 00 PM 11 November 2021.
