The requirement is for an advertising agency to provide an effective and responsive campaign and advertising service to the Restoration and Renewal programme encompassing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), campaign planning, brand management and specific specialist publications to ensure maximum return on our advertising investment. The requirement is to procure an expertise that doesn’t current sit in-house as well as enable posting of vacancies to 3rd party suppliers.

We are looking to procure an advertising agency that will provide a fast turnround on posting adverts to external job boards, be able to provide expert advice on media and campaign planning , support with innovation in promoting the organisation as an employer of choice in an inclusive manner:

•providing advice on best practice in advertising, to enable utilising the most appropriate and effective media available ensuring the organisation meets EDI requirements and targets;

•provision of copy writing of adverts and advice, ensuring maximised accessibility in advertising;

•demonstrate attraction to a wide and diverse audience in line with our Programme commitments to meet the public sector equality duty under the Equality Act (2010);

•branding the organisation within the recruitment market and maximising diversity and our approach to attraction of a diverse workforce;

•provide insights into current practice, benchmarking against other organisations and ensuring that the programme is effectively promoted as an employer of choice.
