⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ①not come under Articles 16 and 18 of the Japan Foundation's Rules for the operation of Accounting, ②have Grade A, B or C classification in sales of product and offer of services, etc in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2019, 2020, and 2021, ③not be currently under suspension of nomination by the Japan Foundation, ④be able to reliably fulfill the terms of the contract with the Japan Foundation and who have no record of default, delay or other breach of promise, and ⑤meet the qualification requirements which may be specified in the tender documentation
