⑹ Qualifications for participating in the bidding procedures Suppliers eligible for participation in the proposed bidding are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation Concerning Contracts with the National Institutes for Cultural Heritage,
B have Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualifications during fiscal 2021 in the Kinki Region for sales of the product (standardized qualification for all ministries and agencies),
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products.
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Deputy Director, Kyoto National Museum.
