⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Tatsuya Sakurai, Director Department of Administration for Saitama Area, Headquarters of National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO)
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26.
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased :
① Electricity of Institute of Agricultural Machinery : Contract electricity 400kW, Estimated volume of electricity : 901,427kWh.
② Electricity of Institute of Agricultural Machinery Experimental Farm : Contract electricity 35kW, Estimated volume of electricity : 52,212kWh.
⑷ Delivery period : From February 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023.
⑸ Delivery place : described in the specification.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
② Not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
③ Have Grade A, B, C or D on "manufacturing and selling of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
④ Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑤ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time limit for Application for confirmation of qualification for participating in tender and Proposal : 5 : 00 PM, 10 November, 2021
⑻ Time limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM, 29 November, 2021
