The Department of Financial Services (Department), Division of Treasury, is issuing this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to obtain competitive sealed Responses from qualified vendors interested in providing investment provider services for the state of Florida’s Deferred Compensation Plan.

The solicitation will be administered through the Vendor Bid System (VBS). The submitted Response must comply with the terms and conditions stated in this ITN.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
