The existing property Kampa-Halle in Minden is used as a multi-purpose hall both for sporting events with grandstands and as an event room with a stage set up in the main field area and visitors in the area of the playing area and grandstands. The audience capacity is approx. 4,000 visitors. The building complex is also used for trade fairs and smaller events as well as a school sports hall.

In the course of the recurring building inspection inspection, safety deficiencies were found in the Kampa hall as early as 2013. Subsequently, fire protection reports were prepared by fire protection experts. These included, among other things, immediate structural measures and technical improvements to maintain operational safety. This work has been completed. The Kampa hall is currently being used in an interim operation approved by the building authorities. The approval is limited to March 31, 2023.

It is intended to extensively renovate the Kampa hall from spring 2023 and to make it technically capable of operating the meeting place. The estimated costs, excluding the planning services, amount to around? 8 million. net.

The subject of the award procedure is the specialist planning services of the service profile technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI, service phases 1 - 3, optionally the service phases 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 for the plant groups 4 and 5 according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI . The inventory, the updating of the execution plans, the creation of the technical part of a room book and the preparation of the data for the CAFM software Imsware are tendered as special services.
